Challenge II of the Surf DTI Boot Camp has been developed throughout today's morning focused on aspects of social sustainability, including tourism and neurodiversity. The initiative, which started with Challenge I last July around the data and its formulas to be shared, will have a new challenge over the next two days, III, around the visibility of the process.

The Councilor for Innovation, Aida Garcia, when greeting the ten participants, highlighted that "we are facing a practical learning environment on real situations of daily work of a DTI like Benidorm for professionals from the sector involved in the development and implementation of the DTI ”, noting that “DTI actions in a compact destination like Benidorm are perceived better”.

In this challenge, he explained, the Strategic Plan for Tourist Accessibility of Benidorm developed by the Accessible Tourism area of Predif (State Representative Platform for People with Physical Disabilities) has been analyzed, considered as "dynamic" and "transversal" that is allowing Benidorm consolidate itself as the most accessible sun and beach destination in Spain.

Challenge II has focused on identifying actions and pointing out the adapted experiences, pointing out the importance, highlighted García Mayor, of “attending to inclusivity in order to reach accessibility”. The proposal proposes to reach all diversities, even reaching neurodiversity based on the transversal option pursued by Tourism for all.

Challenges IV and V will be developed in the coming weeks for DTI Standardization and financing by the Next Generation EU Funds with practical experiences in the city of Benidorm.

Tourist Intelligence and Ciclops DTI are technically responsible for the remains of the Surfea DTI Boot Camp.
