The councilwoman of Youth, Ana Pellicer, has presented today with the president of the Young Association of Benidorm, Rodrigo Quesada, the national final of Rap in its third edition after the great reception it had in previous editions.

Ana Pellicer has reported that "the Department of Youth will be responsible for opening Oscar Esplá auditorium with this event after completing the expansion works", which have given more space and better services. She also wanted to emphasize that "everything will be ready for the next week coinciding with the 'Grand Battle' contest.

In addition to the 32 participants in the contest, we can enjoy the performances of well-known rappers like headliner "Swit-M and Jaloner", Dj Tas and as a peculiarity there will be a minimum of 4 rappers classified for the highest national and international competition. For his part Quesada has mentioned "that the first edition was at the local level, the second edition at the provincial level with great success and this year is at the national level". A contest that is maintained thanks to the national collaboration of Alicante, Villajoyosa, Alcoy, Calpe and San Juan; and on the other hand, organizations from Barcelona, ​​Valencia, Murcia and Castellón have joined. Quesada wanted to emphasize that "Benidorm has received rappers throughout the year for the qualifiers from any point of the Spanish geography."

The event will take place on Saturday, April 6 from 4.30 to 11.30 pm with "seven hours of performances without interruption and totally free by and for young people," added Quesada. Local, provincial and national artists will perform, among which are "La barbarie", "Niños de la luna", "Efeka", "Pink Apollo" and the winning beatboxers of national championships "Gabi X" and "Ali beats".
