Ausiàs March hosts the first performance of ‘Joves Espectadors’: ‘Diversa’ by Pàmpol Teatre.

With the good weather, the cycle of children's theater 'Joves Espectadors' has been able to start, the proposal of the Department of Education and Culture that aims to bring the performing arts to Infant and Primary students of Benidorm, framed within the initiative' Activem els col·les ”.

The activity was scheduled to begin last Friday at Aitana and Vasco Núñez de Balboa centers. However, being outdoors, the rain forced its suspension. Today, with clear skies, the scheduled schedule has been resumed with a first performance at 9:30 at  Miguel Hernández and, at noon, at  Ausiàs March. In fact, this center was attended today by those responsible for Education and Culture, Jaime Jesús Pérez and Maite Moreno.

We are here to "kick off ‘ Joves Espectadors ’cycle - Jaime Jesús Pérez has said - with the show‘ Diversa ’, by Pàmpol Teatre. The councillor has shown his joy at the "great reception" that the proposal has had, framed in the campaign ‘Activem els col·les’, the global project of educational support and school activities that aims to bring culture closer to schools. An “initiative of this government team –in the words of Jaime Jesús Pérez- for the reactivation of cultural, edicational and sports activities for young people ”.

Pérez has added that if the administration did not bring the theater closer to the school, a good part of the school population "would not be able to access" to enjoy a theatrical performance "as is the case." The councillor has confirmed that all the schools in Benidorm have joined the initiative, making it clear that the representations will be carried out "subject" to the health prevention regulations against Covid-19.
