Información sobre el tratamiento de datos personales

• Información detallada sobre el tratamiento de sus datos personales:

Responsable: Se informa al interesado que sus datos personales van a ser objeto de tratamiento por parte del Ayuntamiento de Benidorm (Responsable del tratamiento), con CIF P-0303100B, y dirección en Plaza SSMM los Reyes de España, 03501, Benidorm, Alicante.

Delegado de Protección de datos: El Ayuntamiento de Benidorm cuenta con el apoyo y nombramiento del Delegado de Protección de datos, cuyos datos de contacto son: dpd@benidorm.org. 

Finalidades: Se trataran sus datos personales con la finalidad de:

• Gestionar la solicitud de información presentada ante la oficina de turismo y aquellas otras necesarias para cumplir con la normativa administrativa, como contactar con usted en caso de ser necesario.

Legitimación: El tratamiento de sus datos personales podrá estar legitimado en:

• El consentimiento del propio interesado para llevar a cabo los trámites necesarios para dar respuesta a la solicitud de información presentada.

Tiene derecho a revocar el consentimiento sin que afecte al tratamiento basado en el consentimiento previo a su retirada enviando un correo a dpd@benidorm.org, indicando su oposición al tratamiento de sus datos para la finalidad a la que dio su consentimiento.

• El cumplimiento de un deber legal del responsable, a saber:
  • La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.

Categoría de datos personales: El responsable tratará datos identificativos del interesado.

Plazo de supresión: Los datos se mantendrán durante el tiempo que sea necesario para cumplir con la finalidad para la que se recabaron y para determinar las posibles responsabilidades que se pudieran derivar de dicha finalidad y del tratamiento de los datos. Será de aplicación lo dispuesto en la normativa de archivos y documentación.

Destinatarios: Los datos serán cedidos a:

• Por regla general, sus datos no serán cedidos a terceros salvo que nos autorice a ello, o cuando medie obligación legal como, por ejemplo, comunicaciones de sus datos al Defensor del Pueblo, Jueces y tribunales, Ministerio Fiscal, cuerpos y fuerzas de seguridad del estado o interesados en los procedimientos relacionados con las reclamaciones presentadas.

Transferencias internacionales: No están previstas transferencias internacionales de los datos.

Decisiones automatizadas: No se realizan decisiones automatizadas.

Ejercicio de derechos: Para ejercitar los derechos que procedan conforme a la normativa de protección de datos (acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación, portabilidad, así como a no ser objeto de decisiones basadas únicamente en el tratamiento automatizado de sus datos, cuando procedan) frente al tratamiento de sus datos personales, puede dirigirse por escrito a la dirección postal del Ayuntamiento de Benidormo por correo electrónico a la siguiente dirección: dpd@benidorm.org, facilitando copia de su DNI o documento identificativo equivalente. 

Podrá dirigirse a la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es)  para presentar una reclamación cuando no considere debidamente atendida su solicitud.

Responsible: The interested party is informed that their personal data will be subject to treatment by the Benidorm City Council ( Responsible for processing ), with CIF P-0303100B, and address in Plaza SSMM the Kings of Spain, 03501, Benidorm, Alicante.

Delegate for Data Protection : Benidorm City Council has the support and appointment of the Delegate for Data Protection, whose contact information is: dpd@benidorm.org. 

Purposes: Your personal data will be treated in order to :

• Manage the request for information submitted to the tourist office and those necessary to comply with administrative regulations, such as contacting you if necessary.

Legitimization: The processing of your personal data may be legitimized in:

• The consent of the interested party to carry out the necessary procedures to respond to the request for information presented.
• You have the right to revoke the consent without affecting the treatment based on the consent prior to its withdrawal by sending and email to dpd@benidorm.org, indicating your opposition to the processing of your data for the purpose to which you gave your consent.
• The fulfilment of a legal duty of the person in charge, namely:
  • Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

Category of personal data : The person in charge will deal with identifying data of the interested party.  

Period of elimination : The data will be kept for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and the treatment of the data. The provisions of the file and documentation regulations will be applicable.  

Recipients : The data will be assigned to :

• As a general rule, your data will not be transferred to third parties unless you authorize us to do so, or when there is a legal obligation, such as, for example, Communications of your data to the Ombudsman, Judges and Courts, Public Prosecutor’s Office, security forces and bodies of the estate or interested in the procedures related to the submitted claims.  

International transfers : International data transfers are not planned.

Automated decisions: No automated decisions are made.

Exercise of Rights : To exercise the Rights that proceed in accordance with data protection regulations ( access, rectification, elimination, opposition, limitation, portability, as well as not being subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, when proceed ) against the processing of your personal data, you can write to the address of the City of Benidorm or by email to the following address:  dpd@benidorm.org, providing a copy of your ID or equivalent identification document.

 You can contact the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (www.aepd.es) to file a claim when you do not consider your request duly answered.
