Today Equality premieres five short films about gender violence shot by ESO and Bachelor students
The Department of Equality has organized for this afternoon at 20.00 in the Assembly Hall of the City Council the pre-release of five short films shot by ESO and Bachelor students in Benidorm within the project 'Documóvil' on gender violence and audiovisual, driven for the area directed by Ángela Zaragozí.
The councillor explained that this project, which involved 15 young people, "is a workshop that begins with theoretical training on gender equality and prevention, awareness and eradication of violence, followed by audiovisual training." Once taught "all the theoretical and practical contents, the training has been completed with a shooting of five short films".
Zaragozí has assured that "we are very satisfied with the motivation of the participating students, who have put great enthusiasm and interest, and who have even sacrificed leisure and study time to be able to carry it out". In addition, she highlighted "the high level of awareness that has been achieved" among young people.
The Councilor for Equality has indicated that the pre-release this afternoon will serve as "progress to learn first-hand the work they have done" participants, although the intention is "to prepare a wider dissemination of the short films." Some short films that are entitled 'Pandemia', 'Cuerpos', 'Papá', 'Como debería ser' and 'La elección correcta'.
