Església parroquial de Sant Jaume i Santa Anna
It is a medieval building within the wall where religious services were provided to the Christian population.
In the second half of the XVIII century it is built as we know it today.
The building has a rectangular form; there is a central nave and side chapels open to each other, becoming in lateral aisles with niches. It follows the model of San Carlos Fine Arts Academy in Valencia.
Inside we can see Capilla de la Comunión with the sculpture of Mare de Deu del Sofratge, the high altar dedicated to the Patron Saint of the city, Sant Jaume, the Chapel Virgen de los Dolores and other artistic pieces with a strong religious and sentimental value for people from Benidorm.
