Benidorm is already beginning to measure and cross data on the free Wi-Fi service that was implemented for Easter in Levante Beach. through the company specialized in wifi connectivity "Wiongo". Thanks to a modern system you can obtain in real time the operation of this 'Smart Wifi', showing the available devices in the sphere of influence and how many users are connected at that precise moment.

The period of analysis was that of Holy Week (March 23 to April 1, 2018), in these dates 5,160 users have been connected, of which 5,048 did so for the first time. The users are divided in the same way between the male and female gender. The ages are averaged equally, with the exception of young people between 25 and 34 years old (23.2%) who tend to connect more, as well as people aged 55 to 64 (20.1%).

As is logical, the hours that support the greatest connections are those of the sun, when tourists go to the beach or go for a walk. Being from 11am to 2pm the hours in which 3,007 connections are agglutinated over the total. The favorite device to connect is the mobile (96.4%). The nationality of the tourists that use this service are mostly international public, leading the list with the British with 43%, followed by the Spanish with 30% and in third position the Dutch with 5%.

These same data on nationality coincide with the data obtained through the interface generated by the company Mabrian, which shows the results of active listening to the behavior of tourists on social networks. The British market occupies 45% of the mentions on Benidorm, the national 35%, distributing the rest among Irish, French, Russian, and other international markets.

It should be noted that Benidorm obtains indexes similar to those of Holy Week the previous year, being positive that rubbing the excellence in the subject of safety and climate in the tourist destination. Good temperatures helped tourists visit the beach and the historic center. The products that get more mentions in social networks are: "Sun and Beach" (38%), "Night Leisure" (13%) and "Cultural" (11%).

In conclusion, the knowledge of these data helps to plan strategies in the destination. As well as discover the typology of tourists that can connect, know their preferences and what they speak on social networks. The prize for normality when the destination has been subjected to a high occupancy in the different types of accommodation claims that Benidorm is a place of preference for different types of tourists to visit the city.
