Mrs Cristina Escoda Santamaría

Born in 1975 in Alicante. She completed her primary studies at C.P. Gabriel Miró and completed his Baccalaureate at IES Pere Mª Orts i Bosch. She is a specialist in Hotel Management and has a diploma in Tourism from the University of Alicante.
She has been a councillor of the PSPV-PSOE since 2003, she was a councillor in the government team from 2009 to 2015, being responsible for Fiestas, Social Welfare, Equality, Cemeteries and Youth departments. She is a deputy spokeswoman for the Municipal Group of the PSPV-PSOE and General Secretary of the PSPV-PSOE of Benidorm.
Founder of Falla Rincón de Loix, member of the Major Patron Festivities Committee in 2006 and herald of  2021 Fiestas, she belongs to the Che qué fort! Club and the Grup of the Town Charter belonging to the Association of Penyes Verge del Sofratge. She is an active member of Anémona Association. Regarding her work experience, she has been a shop assistant, dining room supervisor, cashier and assistant in a well-known vehicle rental company.
