Marcet recalled that the works on Paseo de Poniente, which ended in the summer of 2012, forced to remove temporarily the bomb that was placed under one of the viewpoints, so the footbaths were connected to the network of drinking water "as a temporary solution and with the approval of all authorities involved."

The councillor explained that the project on Paseo de Poniente consisted of placing the pump station in a place that, after appropriate checks and clinical analysis, the ground water to be used did not have the best quality, so it was discarded.

"The Regional Government to make us to do an Environmental Impact Assessment, a complex administrative process that force us to use drinking water for about a year, "he lamented.
