Benidorm installs Wi-Fi zones on its beaches
Ivorra Juan Vicente explained that the Wi -Fi zones are for the enjoyment of users of accessible beaches as well as for families. The new service is provided by the concessionaire of accessible beaches and it is an improvement , noted the councillor.
The service consists of a key that is renewed daily and it will be provided to users " so that they are the only ones who can enjoy this service." Ivorra also indicated that it is a " self- service", since " it uses electrical energy through solar panels, and does not consume energy electric from street lighting . "
On the other hand , Ivorra reported that during the Easter holidays are now ready to welcome thousands of bathers . To do this, as it is said in the specifications of the contract , it has been increased service hours of lifeguards until seven in the evening, that is , it has been expanded to two hours , and also has increased the number of lifeguards , which has increased from 5 in low season to 14 in April , increasing the staff to 34 in summer.
