The Library Services Charter is the document by which citizens and users are informed about the services that this department is entrusted with, about the rights that assist them with such services and about the commitments acquired by the Library in its provision.
The foundation of the Services Charter is to achieve the improvement of public services by meeting the demands of citizens.
