Benidorm Beach Safety

Benidorm Beach Safety

From June 15th Benidorm beaches are open again. The access to our beaches has been adapted, so you can enjoy them in a safe way because of the situation produced by COVID-19.

We have divided the beaches in areas, offering a total of 5000 16m² (4x4) plots in order to keep social distancing. Areas marked with green ropes are exclusively for people over 60 or vulnerable, but they can also use the areas reserved for the rest of the population, marked with blue ropes. Red rope areas hold sunbed sections managed by the authorized dealer.

Beach hours are from 9 am to 9, 30 pm, but it is also possible to have a walk along the shore and to swim in the sea from 7 to 8, 45 am.

Levante, Poniente and Mal Pas beach have a total of 39 access points.

LEVANTE BEACH

From July 16th the website that allows you to reserve a plot is available from 9 am: www.benidormbeachsafety.es, and it is recommendable to do it one day in advance, although it is possible to reserve on the same day. You can reserve for a whole day or half a day, being the morning turn from 9 am to 3 pm and the afternoon turn from 3 to 9,30 pm.  If you just want to swim without staying on the beach a reservation is not necessary. You can enter the beach through the access points and leave your belongings on the designated area.

It is also possible to reserve in person in any of the three reservations points available located at Edificio El Torrejó, Av. Europa by the promenade and Rincón de Loix, in case of lack of a technological device.

Anyone having a reservation for the whole or half a day in the morning turn must be on their plot before 11 am. Anyone having a reservation for the afternoon turn must be on their plot before 5, 30 pm. If not, plots become automatically available again at the information points from 11, 45 am and 5, 45 pm respectively .

PONIENTE AND MAL PAS BEACH.

For Poniente and Mal Pas beach, a reservation is not needed. You will be assignated a plot at any beach access point.
