The municipal technicians of the Architecture department have inspected the existing buildings in the Armanello partial plan to determine the state in which they are and the possible actions to be taken by owners to maintain these plots in the proper conditions of safety, health and ornament.

All the information regarding these buildings has been discussed in the Technical Commission of Armanello, which has met this morning and in which the mayor, Toni Pérez has participated; The councilwoman of Urbanism, Lourdes Caselles; the spokesman of the local government, José Ramón González de Zárate; representatives of the municipal groups - with the exception of PSOE; as well as technicians from the departments of Architecture, Topography, Legal Affairs of Urbanism, Secretary, Social Welfare and Citizen Security.

The mayor reported that "the percentage of buildings in very poor condition is minimal," just three or four buildings. He also announced that the technicians "will now make an individual file" of each building, from which "the corresponding execution orders will be issued" and the affected owners will be marked the actions to be carried out to adapt their plots, Except in those cases in which the ruin of the construction could be determined.

In the same way, the report prepared by the department of Social Welfare about the socioeconomic situation of the families occupying the inhabited buildings of Armanello has been transferred to the different political groups present at the meeting.
