From today until Saturday playful, supportive and institutional acts have been organized
The Local Police of Benidorm commemorates these days its 173rd anniversary with a series of playful, supportive and institutional acts that begin this Thursday and that will continue until next Saturday 4 of March. Events organized by the Sociocultural Association of the Local Police, the Head of the Corps and the Department of Public Security.
The councilor of the area, Lorenzo Martínez, has invited "all citizens to participate in the playful and supportive acts" that have been scheduled and will take place in the Central Police Local Street Greece.
The commemorative events of this anniversary have begun this Thursday with a solidary day of blood donation, which is being held in the Central from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Tomorrow, March 3, will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm the 5th Open Day, in which all the neighbors who wish to participate and which is specially designed for children with musical entertainment, a photocall with the Canine patrol, inflatable castles, chocolatada and tourist train ride. Then, from 7 pm to 8 pm, agents, their families and sponsoring companies will attend the trophies of the sports activities of the last weeks and a wine of honor will be offered.
For Saturday, the "strong day" of the anniversary, is planned an institutional event in which will recognize Local Police agents who have retired in the last year as well as those who have already completed a quarter of a century of service In Benidorm. The event will begin at 11:00 am at the Local Police Center; while at 14.30 a brotherhood meal will be held in a hotel in the city.
