The Romanian consul visits Benidorm City Council

16 November 2020
La cònsol de Romania visita l'Ajuntament de Benidorm...

The First Deputy Mayor, Ana Pellicer, has received this afternoon the new Romanian Consul, Irina Felicia Marin, in the Mayor's office of Benidorm City Council, within the campaign that the diplomatic legation has initiated to strengthen relations between both institutions and inform their natives of the next legislative elections that will take place in this Central European country on December 5 and 6.

In this framework of institutional collaboration, Benidorm City Council will help the consulate by granting the use of municipal facilities and consumable materials. It should be remembered that the Romanian colony in Benidorm is the second most important in the city, after the British, with 2,626 registered people and represents 3.69% of the population.
