A prize of 1,500 euros will be awarded to the winning team of the tournament to be played on 17 and 18 June
The first edition of the 'Football Tournament 7 Quina Casualitat' will be held on Saturday 17 and Sunday, June 18 at the municipal sports facilities 'Antonio López Guerrero' in Rincón de Loix.
This morning, the Councilor for Sports, Ana Pellicer, flanked by the president and the vice president of the fiestas community, Sergio Montón and Borja Gómez, have presented the tournament to the media. "An event - said Pellicer - where we want to give a sporting and sporting momentum to the fans once they have finished the sports competitions". The councillor has announced that in this first edition "there will be cash prizes": for the first classified, 1,500 euros; for the second, 600; for the third 200. In addition there will be special trophies for the best player, top scorer and goalkeeper less thrashing.
Sergio Montón has clarified that the teams must be "14 players maximum" and that during the celebration of the tournament there will be a 'Grand sports raffle' where participants can win t-shirts of players of the first division teams, (La Liga Santander), Villareal, Eibar, Espanyol and Las Palmas; dinners for two people, fashion accessories, etc.
