The Contracting Bureau proposes to award the draft of the Mediterranean project for about 172,000 euros
The Esteyco-Guía Consultores UTE proposal has exceeded the technical valuation and lowered the bid price by 29%
The Contracting Bureau will submit a proposal to the Local Government Board to award the contract for the drafting of the remodeling project for Avenida del Mediterráneo to the Esteyco-Guía Consultores TPP for about 172,000 euros. This proposal is made after the Bureau has opened on Monday the envelope containing the economic offer presented by the UTE to the public contest called by the City to determine how it should be the renovation of one of the main arteries of Benidorm.
Specifically, the company has offered to draft the draft or basic project of comprehensive treatment of the entire avenue and the executive project of the first phase of this renovation for 171,215 euros - VAT included. This offer, the only one that has been received, means lowering the bid price by 29%.
Previously, municipal technicians had already valued the technical proposal presented by the company, as well as the list of drafted projects, awards and distinctions provided by the UTE to achieve this contract. In the first assessment, Esteyco-Guía Consultores has achieved 14.50 points out of a total of 22, while in the second it has obtained 10 of the 13 points.
In principle, as from the date of award, the UTE has a period of six months to draft the first phase of remodeling, which affects the stretch between Plaza de la Hispanidad and Avenida de Europa, including Streets Puente, Perez Llorca, Valencia and Journalist Emilio Romero.
This Monday the project leaders will present and detail the members of the Urban Scene Advisory Council.
